Gabrielle Allan started in television, most notably writing and producing “Scrubs.” After writing the film “What’s Your Number?,” starring Anna Faris and Chris Evans, she went on to write for the comedy-drama series “Divorce,” starring Sarah Jessica Parker, and most recently, “Veep,” for which she won an Emmy Award.

Allan is developing other projects, including a TV series inspired by her (and partner, Jen Crittenden’s) award-winning family musical, “The Pirate La Dee Da,” now called “Fierce.”
